J2 Business Systems provides AEC Print for architecture, engineering, and construction offices in Washington and Oregon: HP and Fujifilm office machines, plotters, and Image Access WideTek scanners, plus local service. The equipment side — the machines, not the drawings

Office copiers and desktop printers
HP and Fujifilm. Quote the models on the floor, or a replacement, and put them on a lease and a service contract when that fits. HP and Fujifilm both get the same local sales, OEM supplies, and factory-trained service. HP office equipment · Fujifilm copiers.
Plotters
HP DesignJet and PageWide first, then Canon plotter sales and service only. We do not sell Canon office copiers. HP large format printing.
WideTek scanners
Image Access WideTek — sales and support. The live product page is Image Access WideTek scanners.
HP Scanjet (scan only)
HP Scanjet is the office and desktop document scanner — standalone HP scan, no printer on that device. J2 sells and services Scanjet from the Vancouver shop, same HP sales and service as the rest of the HP line.
Paper on the contract
Optional paper is 20 lb bond only: cut-sheet letter, legal, and ledger, plus roll-feed up to 36 inches for plotters. Not color paper or cardstock. Service contracts.
Service and managed print
Factory-trained technicians. On-site or carry-in at the Vancouver shop. Genuine OEM toner, ink, and parts on the contract. Where it fits, we use MPS Monitor so meters read themselves, toner can ship before the shop runs out, and a service call can open itself when the machine reports a fault. Managed print services.
Badge-release / Security Manager
A plotter or copier left holding a job is an open tray. We can set badge-release on the office fleet, and we sell, configure, and service HP Security Manager on the HP devices. Short version only — the write-up is on HP print security.

What we do not do

We are the copier, printer, plotter, and scanner shop. We are not an architecture or design firm.

We do not design buildings, and we do not draw plans.

We do not print plan sets on this site. Plan printing stays with J2 Blueprint Supply Co.

We do not audit your whole IT network. We do audit the printers.

We do not sell Canon office copiers.

Who it is for

Architecture, engineering, and construction offices in Washington and Oregon that need the office fleet, the plotter, and a scanner — and a local bench when something stops. One site or a small fleet. Public agencies in Washington can also ask about HP on DES 26723 / NASPO (HP only on that contract). We serve Oregon from the same shop; we do not claim Oregon HP-on-NASPO.

How it works

1. Tell us the models on the floor — copiers, plotters, scanners — or the rooms you want to equip.

2. We quote the machines (HP and Fujifilm office; HP DesignJet and PageWide, then Canon plotters only; WideTek scanners), optional 20 lb bond, and the service program. Plan printing, if you need it, goes to j2b.com.

3. We install, and we keep the visits and OEM supplies running.
