Service, supplies, and the fleet on one conversation

Service visits
On-site or carry-in. HP and Fujifilm copiers, printers, and plotters, including HP DesignJet and PageWide. Canon plotter service only.
OEM supplies
Genuine HP and Fujifilm toner and parts on the contract.
The fleet
Office copiers, desktop printers, and plotters. Same shop that already services them.
Lease plus service
Put the machine on a lease and the upkeep on a service contract.
Paper (optional)
Optional: 20 lb bond cut-sheet paper in letter, legal, and ledger, and roll-feed 20 lb bond up to 36 inches wide for plotters.
Remote monitoring
Meters get read automatically. Toner can ship before the office runs out. A service call can open itself when the machine reports a fault. We use MPS Monitor for that, where it fits the fleet.

J2 Business Systems runs managed print from Vancouver. We cover Oregon and Washington. This is the equipment side: HP and Fujifilm copiers, printers, and plotters (HP DesignJet and PageWide), plus Canon plotters only. We do not turn this page into an IT or security pitch.
