Set up in your trailer
Your team should be printing, not troubleshooting. Wherever your site is in Oregon or Washington, we deliver the equipment, set it up in your trailer and connect it to your site network so your team can print from their laptops. We check the first prints with you before we leave. When the job wraps, we come back and pick it up.
Plotters for plan sets and as-builts
Crews need current drawings in hand. HP DesignJet, HP PageWide and Canon plotters print large-format prints of your files right in the trailer, so revisions reach the field without a trip to town. Plotter rentals include service, ink or toner, and paper rolls. We'll match the plotter to your sheet sizes and print volume, and superintendents, PMs and subs can all send files to the same machine.
Waterproof prints for the field
Plans, drawings and signage on a job site take rain, mud and constant handling. J2 can help you produce durable, weather-resistant prints that hold up in the field while onsite at your field office, so your crews aren't working from soggy, torn sheets.
Copiers and scanners for the site office
An HP or Fujifilm MFP handles RFIs, submittals, field reports and safety paperwork, copying and printing up to 11x17. Scan marked-up drawings and signed forms straight to email or a shared folder so the main office stays current. For copiers, MFPs, printers and scanners, service and supplies are scoped in your quote.

Every rental is scoped to the job, whether that is one plotter for a small trailer or a full print room for a large project. Tell us the site location, how your team works, what you print and how much, and we'll put together a quote for the equipment, setup and service. No standard packages you have to fit into.
Service, and keeping the equipment
J2's own technicians support the equipment while it's on site. If something goes wrong, call us and we'll get it sorted. Want to keep the equipment after the job? A rental can convert to a lease or a purchase. Ask about service contracts too.
