These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://www.j2bsys.com and equipment, supplies, and service offerings from J2 Business Systems (“J2,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy at https://www.j2bsys.com/privacy.

1. Who we are
J2 Business Systems sells and services office copiers and printers and large-format plotters (including HP DesignJet, PageWide, and Canon plotters, and HP and Fujifilm office devices), related supplies, and service agreements from our Vancouver, WA shop. We are family-owned since 1988. Print production services are offered through J2 Blueprint Supply Co at https://www.j2b.com.
2. Quotes, orders, and equipment
- Quotes are estimates until accepted in a written order, lease, or contract.
- Product availability, configuration, and pricing may change until confirmed.
- Manufacturer warranties apply as stated by the manufacturer; J2 service obligations are as written in your service or MPS agreement.
- You are responsible for accurate site preparation, network access, and licensed software use unless we agree otherwise in writing.
3. Payment and financing
- Payment terms are as stated on the quote, invoice, lease, or contract.
- Late amounts may incur reasonable collection costs and interest as allowed by law.
- If you finance or lease through a third party, that party’s agreement also applies.
4. Privacy and manufacturer data sharing
J2 does not sell customer personal contact information for marketing.
When print or office equipment is sold, J2 may be required to share certain customer and equipment data with the manufacturer (such as HP, Fujifilm, or Canon) for registration, warranty, rebate or partner compliance, and manufacturer support. That sharing is limited to the purchase and program requirements. It is described further in our Privacy Policy: https://www.j2bsys.com/privacy.
J2 Blueprint Supply Co (print shop / j2b.com) does not sell or give away customer contact information and does not use manufacturer equipment-registration sharing for print-job customers; see https://www.j2b.com/privacy and https://www.j2b.com/terms.
5. Text messages (SMS)
J2 may send SMS from our main office number (including (360) 696-1861) for service scheduling, parts/order status, appointment reminders, and related customer care, only if you opt in.
- Opt-in is affirmative and optional (not required to buy equipment or service).
- Message frequency varies (up to about 8 messages per month depending on activity).
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help, or call/email us.
- We do not share, sell, or provide mobile numbers or SMS consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Manufacturer registration sharing does not transfer SMS marketing consent.
6. Website use
Do not misuse the site (harmful scraping, unauthorized access, malware, illegal use). Site content is owned by J2 or its licensors.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Site and services are “as is” to the fullest extent allowed by law. J2 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability for a claim tied to a purchase or service engagement is limited to amounts you paid J2 for that engagement in the prior 12 months, except where law does not allow that limit.
8. Governing law
Laws of the State of Washington. Courts in Clark County, Washington, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version here. The “Last updated” date will change when we do.
