Copier and printer leasing for Portland, Oregon and Vancouver, WA offices
Lease an HP or Fujifilm copier or multifunction printer, or an HP DesignJet, HP PageWide, or Canon plotter, from the Vancouver, WA shop that services it. We work with offices across Oregon and Washington, including the Portland area. Add a service contract and the maintenance visits and OEM toner sit right next to the lease.
What's included
- Office equipment: HP and Fujifilm copiers, multifunction printers, and desktop printers, from letter-size desktop units to ledger (11x17) office machines.
- Plotters: HP DesignJet, HP PageWide, and Canon plotters.
- Lease plus service (optional): factory-trained maintenance visits, on-site or carry-in, and genuine OEM supplies on a service contract.
- Paper (optional): 20 lb bond cut-sheet in letter, legal, and ledger, and roll-feed 20 lb bond up to 36 inches wide for plotters.
- Room to change: when you outgrow a machine, we quote the next HP or Fujifilm, or a faster HP DesignJet, PageWide, or Canon plotter.
Who it's for
- Offices that would rather pay monthly than buy a copier outright.
- Architecture, engineering, and construction teams that need a plotter alongside the office MFP.
- Schools, clinics, and professional offices that want one local contact for the machine and its upkeep.
How it works
- Book a consultation. Tell us what you run now, roughly how much you print, and the paper sizes you need.
- We quote options. HP and Fujifilm side by side for the office, and HP DesignJet/PageWide or Canon for plotters, with or without a service contract.
- We keep it running. Maintenance visits and OEM supplies run under the contract, from the same shop that quoted it.
