Station offices, dispatch workrooms, and records desks run forms, packets, and reports through the same machines every shift. Eligible Washington public agencies can ask about buying HP on DES 26723 / NASPO instead of starting a new bid — locals typically need a DES Contract Usage Agreement on file; Washington state agencies do not. We quote the HP fleet those offices actually run, set up HP Access Control (badge pull-print) so a job does not sit in the tray, and keep OEM supplies and factory-trained service on one local conversation. Oregon agencies are served from the same shop; we do not claim Oregon HP-on-NASPO.

Washington DES 26723 / NASPO
J2 is an HP fulfillment partner on Washington DES 26723 / NASPO ValuePoint master 187822. Eligible public buyers can purchase HP multifunction devices, printers, scanners, supplies, managed print, and large/wide-format equipment on that contract. Who can buy on 26723
Washington public buyers only. City police departments usually purchase under their city’s Contract Usage Agreement. Fire, EMS, and similar special districts should be on the live DES CUA list — we check that with you before quoting on 26723. Washington state agencies follow state-agency rules (no CUA). Private security firms, private ambulance companies, and volunteer SAR nonprofits typically buy off the open market unless they separately qualify. CUA guidance: DES CUA.
The fleet
Office copiers and desktop printers. Purchases on DES 26723 are HP. For Oregon sites, private organizations, or buyers outside that contract, we still sell and service HP and Fujifilm with the same local sales, OEM supplies, and factory-trained service.
HP Scanjet (scan only)
Standalone HP scanners for records and packet scanning when a station does not need print on that box. Copiers and MFPs still do the print side. Scanners are in scope on DES 26723 when the buy is on contract.
HP Access Control
We sell and set up HP Access Control — the software package for badge pull-print. Staff send the job, walk to the machine, and release it with a badge or PIN so pages are not sitting in the tray. Access Control / Secure Print brochure (PDF) Overview: HP print security.
HP Security Manager
We sell it, configure it, and service it on the HP fleet. Device settings, certificates, firmware checks, compliance reporting. We audit the printer network first. We are authorized, trained HP print security specialists — not a SOC, and not a whole-IT network audit. We do not claim CJIS or other certifications we do not hold. Security Manager brochure (PDF)
Service contracts and supplies
Factory-trained technicians. On-site or carry-in at the Vancouver shop. Genuine OEM toner and parts on the contract. Optional paper is 20 lb bond only. Service contracts.
Managed print
One local conversation for visits, OEM supplies, and the fleet. Where it fits, MPS Monitor reads meters, can ship toner before you run out, and can open a service call when the machine reports a fault. Managed print is in scope on DES 26723 when the buy is on contract. Managed print services.
Large / wide format
Need large or wide-format equipment in the station? HP wide-format is available on DES 26723 for eligible Washington public buyers. Off the Washington contract we also support Canon wide-format; Fujifilm stays on office copiers and printers, not wide-format.

What we do not do

We are the copier, printer, and printer-security shop. We are not a public-safety agency.

We do not provide dispatch, radio, CAD, or emergency response services.

We do not hold CJIS or similar public-safety compliance certifications — we equip and support the printers.

We do not audit your whole IT network. We do audit the printers.

Private firms and most private first-responder organizations cannot purchase on WA DES 26723. We still sell and service HP and Fujifilm for those sites outside the contract.

Oregon sites are served from the same Vancouver shop. DES 26723 / NASPO is the Washington contract path.

We sell and support the station’s office and wide-format fleet — including HP Access Control and Security Manager when you want them.

Who it is for

Washington public police, fire, and EMS workrooms (when eligible on DES 26723), related public-safety offices, and Oregon or private sites that want local HP and Fujifilm service. Same shop as Medical Print, Education Print, and NASPO.

How it works

1. Tell us whether you are buying as a Washington public agency on DES 26723 or need a standard quote, and which models are on the floor. For local agencies we verify Contract Usage Agreement status with you first.

2. We quote the HP fleet on contract when that applies — or HP and Fujifilm when you are buying outside it — plus HP Access Control and Security Manager when you want them, and the service program.

3. We install, and we keep visits and OEM supplies running.
