What the contract covers
Maintenance visits
Factory-trained technicians keep HP and Fujifilm copiers and printers, plus plotters, running. Preventive visits, not a ticket in a national queue.
OEM supplies
Genuine HP and Fujifilm toner and parts on the contract, so the office is not buying a box at a time.
Plotter service
Plotter contracts include HP DesignJet and PageWide first, and Canon plotter service only. Office Canon copiers are not on this page.
Paper (optional)
Optional: 20 lb bond cut-sheet paper in letter, legal, and ledger, and roll-feed 20 lb bond up to 36 inches wide for plotters.
