A Legacy of Innovation: The Fuji Xerox Joint Venture
For nearly 60 years, Fuji Xerox stood as one of the most respected names in office imaging worldwide.
In 1962, Fuji Photo Film (now FUJIFILM Holdings) and Xerox Corporation formed a 50/50 joint venture to bring advanced copying and printing technology to Asia and beyond. Over the following decades, Fuji Xerox developed and manufactured many of the high-performance MFPs and printers that businesses relied on — including models sold under both the Fuji Xerox and Xerox brands in various markets.
The engineering excellence, reliability, and service culture that defined Fuji Xerox machines became the foundation for what millions of organizations still use today.
